We’re excited to announce the launch of a new neighborhood standing committee, the Stevens Avenue Vision & Improvement Committee (SAVIC).
Stevens Avenue, from Woodford Street to Walton Street, is Deering Center's "main street", uniting the two halves of our neighborhood. It is our village center, and provides a vibrant and eclectic place for people to get together, savor yummy food & drinks, receive education, shop, enjoy a show, or receive an array of unique goods & services.
DCNA is seeking candidates to join this committee to help lead a neighborhood effort to care for and improve Stevens Avenue.
