The 12th Annual Deering Center Porchfest

A FREE Family Fun Event

Our 12th Annual Deering Center Porchfest is on the horizon! Porchfest is a gift to and from our community. This annual event showcases 75+ musical performances throughout the neighborhood. Each year more than 500 individuals make this event happen through volunteering with logistics, performing, and hosting- it’s truly a community effort! Check out the guiding principles here.

Forms to sign up to be a Host, Performer, and Volunteer Ambassador are open:

  • Hosts are neighbors on Leonard, Richardson, Alba, Best, Brentwood, Bedell, Crosby, Hyde, Hamblet, New, Newman, Pleasant, one block of Mabel, and Leland (between Crosby and Alba) that offer their porch, driveway, or yard for an hour time slot for incredible performers. Sign up to be a Host here.

  • Performers are community members that share their amazing musical talents with a roaming audience for a 30-60 minute time slot. Solo artists and group performances are welcome. Performer signup is at capacity, join the waitlist here.

  • Volunteer Ambassadors are community members that volunteer for an hour time slot to support day-of efforts for Porchfest, ensuring a safe event for all by assisting with traffic monitoring, bands and their gear, and attendee questions. Sign up to be a Volunteer Ambassador here.
